CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: May 26, 2025
At Beauty Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so anytime prior to 24 hours preceding your appointment. For your convenience, this can be done right from your client portal located in the menu area of this site. Log in to your account, click on “my bookings,” and you can manage all of your appointments. However, if you need to cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment, you will not be able to cancel through your client portal and will need to contact us.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $100, which will be applied to the total cost of your next scheduled appointment at the time of checkout.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a no-show fee of $100 will be applied to the total cost of your next scheduled appointment at the time of checkout.
