1. Appointments & Booking Fees

There are no fees for scheduling appointments, whether for treatments or a consultation. However, please be aware that failure to attend or cancel within the required notice period (see Cancellation Policy) will result in a fee applied to your next appointment at the time of checkout. 

 

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in a $100 fee, which will be applied to your next scheduled appointment at the time of checkout. Learn more here.

 

 

3. Medical Disclosure & Eligibility

 

 

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical history, including current medications, allergies, and prior cosmetic treatments.

Beauty Lab reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or medically inappropriate.

 

 

 

4. Results & Expectations

 

 

Individual results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and other factors.

No guarantees are made regarding the longevity or outcome of treatments.

Before-and-after photos may be taken for medical records and, with client consent, used for educational or promotional purposes.

 

 

 

5. Payments & Refunds

 

 

All payments are due at the time of service.

Products and treatments are non-refundable once administered or opened.

Refunds for prepaid services may be considered only in extenuating circumstances, at Beauty Lab’s sole discretion.

 

 

 

6. Website & Online Store

 

 

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary.

 

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Beauty Lab, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any adverse reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from treatments or products, provided all reasonable care and industry standards were followed.

Clients acknowledge and assume all risks associated with elective cosmetic treatments.

 

 

 

8. Privacy Policy

 

 

Client information is kept confidential and used only for scheduling, treatment, and billing purposes.

We do not share or sell client information without consent, except as required by law.

 

 

 

9. Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the services provided, or the relationship between the parties shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario), as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, with no right of appeal. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

 

By booking a service, purchasing a product, or using our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the agreement to resolve any disputes through arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
