The fee listed is for booking only and will be applied to the final cost of your treatment following your treatment in office.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 26, 2025 At Beauty Lab, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule you’re appointment, you can do so anytime before the final 24 hours preceding your appointment. This can be done right in the “my account” section of your client portal. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment, you will not be able to cancel through your client portal and will need to contact us. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $100, which will be applied to the total cost of your next scheduled appointment at the time of checkout. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a no-show fee of $100 will be applied to the total cost of your next scheduled appointment at the time of checkout.
